Script de meeting en anglais : les 10 phases chronologiques

Ce script couvre un meeting professionnel standard de 45 à 60 minutes. Adaptez les formules à votre style, gardez la structure.

Phase 1 · Ouverture (2 min)
"Good morning everyone, thanks for joining. I see we have a full house — let's get started on time. Today we have 45 minutes and three topics on the agenda. Any additions before we dive in?"
Phase 2 · Tour de table (3 min)
"For those who haven't met before, let's do a quick round of introductions. Name, role, and one expectation for today's meeting. I'll kick off: I'm [Name], I lead [team], and my expectation is [outcome]. Over to you [Name]."
Phase 3 · Rappel contexte (2 min)
"Before we get into today's topics, let me quickly recap where we stand. Last meeting we decided [decision]. Since then, [update]. We're on track / behind / ahead on [metric]. Questions on that before we move on?"
Phase 4 · Sujet 1 - présentation (8 min)
"Let's move on to the first topic: [topic]. I'll hand over to [Name] who will walk us through the [data / proposal / findings] in 5 minutes, then we'll discuss."
Phase 5 · Sujet 1 - discussion (10 min)
"Thanks [Name]. I'd like to open the floor. Who wants to share their view? [After each comment:] Thanks for that point — could you build on it? / I see it slightly differently, let me push back for a second…"
Phase 6 · Sujet 1 - décision (3 min)
"OK, let me try to synthesize. I'm hearing three options: [A], [B], [C]. My recommendation would be [X] because [reason]. Can we align on that? Any red flags?"
Phase 7 · Sujet 2 (8 min)
"Let's move on to our second topic. [Name] will cover this in the same format: 5 minutes presentation, then discussion."
Phase 8 · Sujet 3 (6 min)
"Quick one on topic 3 — this is more of an FYI than a discussion. [Info]. Any questions on that?"
Phase 9 · Action items (3 min)
"OK, let me capture the action items. [Name 1] will [action] by [date]. [Name 2] will [action] by [date]. Our next meeting is [date/time]. Anything I missed?"
Phase 10 · Closing (1 min)
"Great meeting everyone. I'll send the minutes by end of day. Have a productive rest of the week, see you next time!"
